Dear folks,

Join us in Meeting Creek for a community work bee on May 11th. We will be pruning shrubs and shredding the wood to use as mulch for the grasslands. We will also be cleaning out some of the deadfalls in the aspen grove and shredding the wood. We plan to develop 4 areas in the grassland for research plots to evaluate several ways to replace the bromegrass on the west end and add nutrients to the soil in the process.

The Canadian Northern Society will supply the lunch, so we would appreciate your RSVP if you plan to come so we have enough food. Come along and enjoy an old-fashioned day of working together. Wear good footwear and bring your gloves and pruners!
